The bright signs of Piccadilly were one the biggest inspiration for the West End show. The early 1900 advertising boom saw amazingly crafted signs, which have been glowing into the day and night ever since.

The main clock design was inspired by the famous Guinness clock advert, drawing visual reference to the sleepless characteristics of the area.
